Policies
The ultimate goal for Gentlemen’s Cut is to provide you with a world class experience. All of Gentlemen’s Cut services are 100% guaranteed. If at any time your experience is not exceptional, please notify us within one week so we can fix this for you.
Levels – The pricing levels at Gentlemen’s Cut are based on the experience and behaviors that the professional has in the industry, as well as within the Gentlemen’s Cut Company.
Gratuity – If you feel the need to give gratuity it will be appreciated. In addition, we would love for you to refer your friends and family to us and we always consider this the best way of saying thank you.
Cancellation – Appointment confirmations are sent via email, phone call, and text message 3 days prior to your appointment. If you have a scheduling conflict, we request notification 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. We understand that circumstances may arise however; your service provider has reserved time for you. Please be aware that if you have more than two no call or no shows you may be asked to provide a credit card to reserve your next appointment. Charges will only appear at the time of your missed appointment. Previous earned Man Card/Treat Points may be used for any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the service date and time.
Payment – We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Gentlemen’s Cut gift cards
Man Card/Treat Points – Points are accumulated for every service and product purchased. These points can be used for discounted and/or complimentary services, ask your service provider for details. Must have had a paid service within 3 months of using any points accumulated. Once points have been used for a complimentary service, the same service may not be discounted with points for an additional 6 months. Previous earned Man Card/Treat Points may be used for any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of the service date and time.
Returns – If you are not satisfied with a product, please return within one week of purchase for store credit or an exchange. We cannot give cash refunds for returned merchandise, gift cards, or services. In order to receive a return, the returned product must be 80% of original weight.
Children – As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you watch your children at all times while in the salon. Children are not allowed on the clinic floor, unless they are receiving services. Parents must be present at consultation, and must be present at the end of the service to approve the completed service.
Spa Services – We request 72 hours cancellation notice for all spa services and packages. A credit card is required to reserve spa appointments greater than $100, unless a gift card is on file. In the event that cancellation is not given at least 24 hours in advance, your card will be charged 50% of the service amount. If a gift card is on file, the deposit will be deducted from the balance.
Group Bookings – We welcome group bookings and look forward to helping you with your event. At least 4 weeks advanced booking is suggested for parties of 3 or more. We request a minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice. A 50% deposit is required for all group bookings. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is given at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit will not be refunded for notice less than 48 hours. NOTE: This applies to all appointments in the group booking. For example, if you decide to only have haircuts and not massages and do not cancel those services, you will be charged the 50% deposit if you do not give 48 hour notice. If anyone in your party does not show up, you will be responsible for 50% of their service amount.
Late Arrival – Due to scheduling commitments to other guests and our staff’s personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however due to time constraints and our obligation to other guests, it may be necessary to reduce the service. If service must be reduced you may be charged for the original service booked.
No-Dating Policy – The Gentlemen’s Cut team has a no-dating policy. Please respect our staff and refrain from inappropriate conversation or behavior.
Alcohol – Beverages are available for our guest’s enjoyment. For liability reasons, only two drinks per person will be allowed.
Gift Cards/Packages/ Series – Gentlemen’s Cut gift cards/packages / Series are a wonderful way to treat a family member or a friend. You may purchase them online or in the shop for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite service or products. Gift cards, Packages, and Series cannot be returned for cash and are non-refundable. Service prices and product prices are subject to change. Gentlemen’s Cut is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Normal cancellation policies apply; unauthorized resale, modification or trade of gift card is prohibited. Gentlemen’s Cut does not have shipping restrictions for gift cards purchased online. Gentlemen’s Cut gift cards are valued at the purchased price and do not expire (promotional gift cards expire one year from issue date). Note that prices are subject to change and a Gift Card is worth the value paid for it. If a service price increases after the Gift Card is purchased additional charges will apply.
